The vast majority of the time you will not need planning permission for a bespoke garden room. There are however some exceptions depending on the design of your garden room. We will advise you on this during the initial planning/quotation stage of your project.
The installation process will depend on your design due to the fact that your garden room is a bespoke project. This makes it difficult for us to give you an exact timescale. We will give you an indication of the time required for installation during the quotation/planning process.
Full insulation of the walls, floors and ceilings ensures that you can enjoy your garden room as a living space all year round!
2x double electric sockets with USB are installed as well as electricity to your garden room. Also included is interior lighting featuring 4 bar LED spotlights. If you have further electrical requirements – we can discuss this during the quotation/planning process.
